Ramada Tours ("we", "us", "our") is a travel agency established in 1992, operating from Amman, Jordan. We operate the website ramadatours.com (the "Site").

We collect only the information you provide when you submit a travel enquiry through our website. This may include:

Our internal team portal uses session cookies strictly for staff authentication. These are not set when you browse the public website.

We are developing an AI Trip Ideas feature that will allow visitors to receive automatically generated travel inspiration based on destination and interest preferences entered on the Site. This feature is not yet live.

When the feature launches, destination and preference inputs will be sent to an AI service to generate trip suggestions. We will not include your name, email address, or phone number in those requests. The output will be clearly labelled as AI-generated inspiration and will not constitute a confirmed itinerary or price quote. This Privacy Policy will be updated before the feature goes live to reflect any additional data handling.
